Michelle Moore is a gospel singer and member of the Victorious Gospel Choir. She grew up in Red Bank, NJ and now resides in Long Branch, NJ. She started singing when she was 4 and is the youth director at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Red Bank, NJ.[1] She started performing with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band as a backing vocalist during various non-tour concerts in 2001. She sang background vocals on "Let's Be Friends (Skin To Skin)" and "Mary's Place" on The Rising album. Moore also performed the rap on "Rocky Ground" from the Wrecking Ball album. Michelle Moore also performed on The Promise and High Hopes albums. She toured as a backing vocalist during the Wrecking Ball and High Hopes tours.[2]

In addition to performing with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band as a backing vocalist, Michelle Moore also appeared on two of Patti Scialfa's solo albums, 23rd Street Lullabye and Play it As it Lays.[3]
