Blood Brothers is an EP by Bruce Springsteen, released on March 3, 1996, along with the Blood Brothers documentary on VHS. It was the first time the entire E Street Band recorded together since 1984.[1]

An acoustic version of "Blood Brothers" was released on Greatest Hits, along with the studio version of "Murder Incorporated" and "Secret Garden", minus strings. The live version of "Murder Incorporated" recorded at Tramps, New York City on February 21, 1995 on this EP is the same version that is in the music video. In 2013, "High Hopes" was re-recorded for the album of the same name, released on January 14, 2014.

After being long out-of-print, the Blood Brothers EP was re-released in digital format on iTunes and Spotify in January 2014.
